The American Library Association celebrated its 150th Anniversary with 15,000 library workers, supporters, exhibitors, and partners at the ALA Annual 2026 Conference & Exhibition and it was great to participate.
This year's journey with Mars Mission I: Surviving the Kessler Effect reminded us that the true power of a book isn't always measured by the number of copies sold. While sales were modest, we had the privilege of donating copies to more than 10 libraries and to Ukraine, helping place this important conversation about space sustainability into the hands of readers, educators, and future innovators.
Every donated book has the potential to spark curiosity, inspire a dream, or change the way someone sees our future in space. That's the power of books.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared a conversation, and supported our mission.
The journey continues.
